Your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy explains how Aces to Kings ("the App") handles information when you use it.

1. Information We Collect

Aces to Kings does not require an account and does not collect personal information for the developer.

The App does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs that collect data.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Aces to Kings stores game settings, saved games, statistics, and purchase status locally on your device so they can be available the next time you play.

This information is not transmitted to the developer or synchronized to a developer-operated server. You can reset statistics within the App. Uninstalling the App removes its locally stored game information.

3. Purchases

If you purchase the App's one-time full-version unlock, Apple processes the transaction through the App Store. The developer does not receive or store your payment-card information.

Apple may provide the App with transaction information needed to confirm or restore your purchase. Apple's handling of App Store transaction data is governed by Apple's own privacy policy.

4. Network Access

Aces to Kings does not send your game activity, settings, or statistics to the developer. Apart from communication with Apple's App Store services needed to purchase or restore the full-version unlock, the App does not require an online service to play.

5. Data Security

Aces to Kings keeps its settings, saved games, statistics, and purchase status on your device. App Store purchases use Apple's services and security protections.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
