Leg Logger Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy explains how Leg Logger ("the App") handles information when you use it.

1. Information We Collect

Leg Logger does not require an account and does not collect personal information for the developer.

The App does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party SDKs that collect data.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Leg Logger stores flight dates, aircraft details, airport identifiers, Hobbs and fuel values, optional flight details, flight images, archived flight records, and app settings locally on your iPhone so they are available the next time you use the App.

This information is not transmitted to the developer or synchronized to a developer-operated server. You can clear an active flight, delete an archived flight, or delete individual flight images within the App. Removing the App removes its locally stored information from your device.

3. Camera Use

Leg Logger can use your camera to scan airport identifiers, Hobbs readings, and supported fuel values, and to capture images for a flight record. Camera information is processed on your device. An image is stored only when you choose to save it as a flight attachment.

4. Sharing and Export

If you choose to share a flight report, selected images, or a complete flight export, the App prepares that information for the iOS share sheet. You choose where to save or send it.

Once you save or share an export, its handling is governed by the destination you choose, such as the Files app, a cloud storage provider, or another sharing service.

5. Network Access

Leg Logger works without an online service. The App does not send your flight information, images, or settings to the developer. If you choose to open a web link, such as this Privacy Policy, your browser or device may use an internet connection.

6. Data Security

Leg Logger keeps flight information on your device. You are responsible for protecting your device and any reports, images, or exports you choose to share.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
