A routine can be suggested for specific days of the week or for a chosen number of days each week. You can also leave the frequency blank for an optional routine.
Yes. Choose Exit Routine at any time. Your unfinished progress remains available when you continue that routine later the same day.
Orange means a routine has work remaining for its applicable goal. Green means that goal has been satisfied. A routine with no frequency stays neutral until it has progress for the day.
Enable Round Timer in Settings to see elapsed time for the current round. It pauses when you exit an unfinished round and resumes when you return.
The main calendar tracks overall days. Each routine also has its own history calendar, including completed work on unscheduled days.
Choose Export Routine from a routine’s menu to save a shareable routine file. To restore or share one, start a new routine and choose Import Routine File.
