Angel Flight

Sandy and I are volunteer pilots with Angel Flight Central, flying missions that help people get to and from medical appointments and vital treatment when travel would otherwise be difficult. We have a goal of flying at least one new mission every month, often times exceeding that goal. I have also served on the AFC Board of Directors since 2010, as well as serving as Board Chair for two years during my time with the organization.

Angel Flight Central's mission is to serve people in need by arranging charitable flights for health care or other humanitarian purposes. Every year, Angel Flight Central (AFC) volunteer pilots and supporters provide thousands of free flights throughout the Midwest for families who need access to specialized health care, camps for special needs, disaster response efforts, and other compassionate reasons.
